Each STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) program brings to the forefront certain common standards, and few other next generation science standards. The basic idea is to identify, nurture, and transform the artistic and creative talents of children. This is a gradual and step-by-step process.


  • Identify: The special talents of children in STEAM are identified
  • Nurture: Enough creative and artistic opportunities are offered by specialist trainers. The child’s artistic and creative talents are furthered and reinforced in this way.
  • Transform: It may be Science, Technology, Engineering, Art or Math the intellectual, creative and artistic talents are transformed to reach maturity. So, by transformation we mean to prepare a firm foundation for the later day’s development and progress in the cherished field/discipline with an assured success.


Staring from simple and small tasks, the children are taken to tasks of greater complexity. The linkage and continuity between classroom learning and theory is related to what is practically applied by children during the STEAM program. Later, we also introduce students to various careers in STEAM. However, at the core of all STEAM talents is the very objective to enhance the creativity and innovative thinking of children. So, each child evolves to become a critical thinker, problem solver and entrepreneur.
